I had an oil change done. The manager was very friendly and thorough in his work. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because even with an appointment, it took 2 1/2 hours. I know they were interviewing people so I hope it wouldn't take that long next time.

Monday i went in at 11 am and ask how long will it take to change a break pad and rotor, they said 1 hour and I agreed to wait, it was 1pm I asked them again the manager said before 2 pm he will make sure im out of the shop because i told them i have to travel to alton illinois to work for night shift.. i waited patiently and 4pm they approached me said all tires are change but they were not able to change the break pad becuase they order the wrong break pad. I ask when will the correct break pad will come and manager said its ordered with high priority! I ask the manager if the car is safe to drive and he said yes!! I drove my car with a non functioning brake, the car was not stopping when i press the breakmissed my work and lost 1 night salary!! I was afraid i will crash driving in interstate!!! Tuesday i came back at 9am and the manager approached me and said the pads are not yet available and i have to come back in the afternoon, he promised it will be fix before i go to work at 5pm. So i went back at 4 pm to the shop and still no break pads!! I was force to drive back with the car without any functioning break!!! Wednesday, i was was coming home from night shift work, i reached the shop at 9 am, and manager said it will take 30 minuts to finish the job since they tha pads that they waited for. So i waited and waited until it was almost 11 am, they approaced me they said they dont know what time it will finished l, i was so upset because i waited for 2 hours just to be told that they dont know what time it will finished! Coming from night shift of 12 hrs, instead of getting some sleep they let me wait and wait!!! They sent me home at 11 am and i ask them to call me at 3 pm so i can pick up the car! I didnt get a call!! I woke up at 3.30 pm and i ask them whats going on, they said they have to order a break cap and they said something about the pressure air is not sealed.. i was so upset because they told me , they cap is on its way and someone will get me from home to pick up the car. I waited and waited because i thought i can pick up my 5 yr old son at school at 4pm.. 4pm nobody came to pick me up!!! My son was waiting for me in school!! I called them they said they will send my car home and its ready!! My car was delivered at 410pm just to find out the break was not working!!!! The car was not fully stopping when break pedal was push to the metal!!! How can i drive to a school to pick up my son knowing break is not working!!!! Imagine if i hit a child because the break was not working!!! I called the manager, and he said the cap ordered from mitsubishi will come in two days!!! Again its frustrating!! I have to go to work tonight and have to pay taxi to pick me up for work!! Another cost i have to shoulder!!!! I will never come back and will ever refer friends and family to come to the tire choice!!! I felt taken for granted! Because I was ASIAN!!! Nobody took me seriously!! Everyone was making promise and false reassurance!! I ask the manager for the number of the regional manager and he said he will him call me but i didnt get any call!!! I paid almost $1400 just to be annoyed and upset! If you cant do the job then dont let your staff tell clients that they can fix the car fast because the client will expect and have to plan his schedule as well like go to work, pick up kids or send wife to work! Its unfair i was treated like a crap!! Your staff are in the shop and getting paid, as for client like me i am being promised that the work will finished and lose my time my opportunity to go to work because i was promised that they can fix it, so i trusted your words instead of me planning a head of time and maybe getting a rent a car so my work and picking up of my kids wont get disrupted, i was left waiting and waiting because i took your words that my car will finish.
